Been back from my whirlwind tour of the the American Midwest and recovering from some weird stomach issues that have been plaguing me since my last infusion (they were really bad over the weekend). Just wanted to let everyone know that Mountain of Fire won the 2025 Imadjinn Award for Best Horror Novel. Why horror? Because ZOMBIES.

I have seen the cover for my sooper sekrit project with Melissa Olthoff, the first book in The Bronze Legion series, and daaaaaaamn son. It looks nice. eARC expected from Baen in late September/early October, but if you’re clever, you can find it for preorder at B&N, Amazon, etc.

Getting ready for my next convention, which is the Quills Writing Conference July 7-9 in Salt Lake City, UT. I will be a guest there as Jason the Baen Books associate editor and not as Jason Cordova, author. This is a new hat for me to wear but I think I can pull it off.
