My friend (and regular commentator here, as well as reviewer over at Shiny Book Review) Barb Caffrey’s debut novel, An Elfy on the Loose, came out the other day and… I completely forgot to mention it. I’m horrible. Basically, this is a quirky little urban fantasy novel (well, not so little. It’s almost 400 pages) and that I think that many people who like Seanan McGuire’s InCryptid series would enjoy this one. It’s a duology right now, but I’m not sure that Barb has decided on the title of the second book yet.
