Someone posted JK Rowling’s flowchart on how she plots, schemes and whazzitted her way through the Harry Potter series. I decided to share it with you because it’s 1) interesting and 2) helpful.

How do you flow? Do you outline everything, then write? Do you wing it? Are you such a detailed organizer that you have everything exactly where it must be before you write it?
