Well, I’d planned on having two new books reviews up this week but then the internet decided that I wasn’t worthy of its precious. Four days later… *sigh*

However, without the internet (i.e., distractions) I managed to write about 2200 words this week on a little project I hope gets sold. It’s something I’ve never tried before (again) but it seems to be running smoothly so far. I especially like the ending (which I wrote first, because that’s where the idea came from).

Other than that, not much going on. Just working (a lot), prepping for a road trip and having my cats constantly remind me that I haven’t gone Christmas shopping for them (what is up with that, anyways? It’s not like they can read a calendar… right?).

OH! New trailers for both The Expendables 2 and G. I. Joe: Retaliation, both of which look freaking awesome! I was talking with a coworker the other day, wondering about whatever happened to Jean Claude Van Damme. Well, now we know. 🙂
